    • Bio: Human movement is my passion. From athletic to artistic performances, I’ve always found myself in awe of the human body’s movement abilities. My own fitness began with gymnastics and soccer. I began going to the gym with my Dad when I was 13, and he shared with me all of the knowledge he had on “push” vs. “pull” exercises, how to build strength, how to push hard, and how to have good form. He’s always been my biggest role model. As my career in fitness has evolved to include strength and conditioning methods that help every individual to be healthy and strong, I also enjoy Olympic and power lifting, endurance and interval running, yoga, meditation and anything gymnastic-y. With clients, I love creating unique programs that physically challenge the individual in a way that generates empowerment and confidence. And, I get to wear gym clothes everyday. Everybody wins!**

    • Bio:  I was born and raised in New York and have been living in California for nearly 8 years. My entry into the fitness industry followed my own personal transformation. I was a 2 pack-a-day smoker and my daily sugar intake was enough to kill a small horse. My physical condition was having a dramatic negative impact on my spirit and I resolved to change. I quit smoking, drastically adjusted my eating habits and began an intense workout program. Subsequently I lost over 30 pounds of fat and put on 30 pounds of muscle and in doing so, realized the true potential of my happiness. Now I work hard to share that vision with my clients. Everyone has their own processes and motivations, I'm just here to help you find yours.**

    • Bio: I am proof that it’s never too late to get healthy and strong. After many years working as an attorney in Washington DC, sitting in front of a computer and lacking time for exercise, something needed to change. I found a personal trainer who really knew how to motivate me. I dedicated several years to working out and participating in body building shows. I decided to dive in headfirst. I left the legal field to become a personal trainer and fitness chef. My approach to fitness combines my own experience, knowledge of exercise, and training in culinary arts. If you want to lose fat and gain muscle, I have the tools to help you achieve your goals. Through proper diet, protein intake, body weight/calisthenics, and resistance weight training, you will become the new person you envision.**

Some individuals don’t need me to be that helicopter trainer, but some do. And when they do, I provide a helping hand and be there for them every step of the way. At the end of the day, I practice what I preach.     • Bio: Raised on a ranch in Kansas, and then moved to New York City to model and personal train for 8 years before moving to LA. I do personal training full-time here at Mansion. Previously studied Sports Medicine at Kansas State University. Short and sweet!**

    • Bio: I’m a former 400m and 200m sprinter, long and triple jumper; with advanced weight training starting after high school, and was developing Crossfit methods before Crossfit was mainstream. Mostly specializing in cardio/strength and endurance, I like to push the limits of the human body to its max effort and beyond. I'm a biology major focused on kinesiology, yoga, Eastern medicine, and nutrition; I'm also well-versed in gymnastics and weight lifting, with a highly athletic background to round out my methods and theories for training. My goal isn't size – I train to be the most athletic, the strongest, the quickest, the most explosive, and the most in control, with the most extreme, off-the-wall workouts that no one else is doing. What is power without control? Three major inspirations for me are Michael Johnson, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Bruce Lee. Combine the three and you have a basic idea of what my training style is like. Train like an animal, be the best of the best, and always be in control. There are no limits, only what lies beyond, and I am here to push it.**

    I love this gym.  

    The front desk staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The equipment is top notch and the space is always clean.

    I love this gym. Night club feel but everybody is working out.  Super clean. Doesn't have that nasty gym smell at all.  I love going here with my Trainer.  She kicks my butt. As grateful as I can be :) This is my new favorite gym hands down
